📜 The Rico City Charter

Rico City is built for adults aged 18+. The world includes fictional crime, jail, arrests, violence references, gangs, fighting, money pressure, rivalry, and mature city-life themes. If you are under 18, do not play.

Rico City is a fictional roleplay and progression game. Crime, law, laundering, jail, markets, organisations, and fights are story systems, not advice, encouragement, training, or endorsement of real-world conduct.

Rico City is in active Alpha. The city may receive patches, balance passes, economy repairs, feature rewrites, maintenance, emergency fixes, UI changes, content changes, and temporary restrictions as the game grows.

RICO Keys, Rico+, starter packs, cosmetics, supporter badges, vehicles, titles, boosts, and other paid or gifted items are digital entertainment items for use inside Rico City only. They have no cash value, withdrawal value, resale value, investment value, or ownership claim over the project.

Many supporter items are delivered instantly or begin working immediately. Because these are digital game items, purchases are generally treated as final once delivered, except where applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

Rico+ is optional supporter time for a living Alpha city. Redeeming one RICO Key adds 14 days; redeeming two adds 28 days, and further redemptions extend the existing expiry without resetting time already held. Active Rico+ may provide recognition, convenience and cosmetic benefits while helping cover the costs of operating Rico City.

Alpha items, prices, packs, bonuses, vehicle stats, boosts, cooldowns, economy values, ranks, and systems can change. Supporting Rico City helps development; it does not freeze a feature, item, balance state, or advantage forever.

Rico City does not offer cash-out gameplay. In-game currencies, vehicles, properties, cosmetics, keys, businesses, ranks, and rewards are fictional game content only and cannot be redeemed for money or treated as financial products.

Tokyo Nights has free, Premium, and Premium+ access. Premium+ grants Premium access, up to 15 pass levels, and five bonus Yokai Boxes. Yokai Shards are earned through progression, boxes cannot be bought individually, and five bonus boxes are included with Premium+. Every box publishes fixed odds totaling 100% before opening, uses server-side random selection, and awards digital content with no cash, resale promise, or withdrawal value.

Accounts, RICO Keys, vehicles, items, properties, cosmetics, ranks, supporter perks, and player progress may not be sold, traded, rented, transferred, or exchanged outside the game for real money or real-world value.

Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, refund abuse, or attempts to keep delivered digital items after reversing payment may result in revoked items, negative balances, account restrictions, or support review.

Current prices and the exact number of RICO Keys are shown before payment. Card payments may be handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; their own terms and buyer protections also apply. Prices, bundles, taxes and regional availability may change for future purchases, but confirmed deliveries are recorded against the paid order.

The city is only fun if the streets are fair. Bots, scripts, exploit abuse, duplicate reward abuse, multi-account manipulation, bug farming, harassment, evasion, scraping, or attempts to overload systems may lead to reversals, restrictions, or bans.

If bugs, exploits, duplicate payments, broken rewards, runaway balances, or unfair economy states appear, Rico City may repair, rebalance, roll back, remove, or adjust affected records to protect the wider game.

Rico City may moderate names, chat, posts, profiles, organisations, images, reports, support messages, and conduct that harms players, the project, safety, or the tone of the city.

If you post messages, names, bios, organisation text, social content, or feedback, you grant Rico City permission to display, moderate, store, use, and adapt that content for operating and improving the game.

Players are responsible for their own account access, device security, and conduct. Do not share access, passwords, payment details, private information, or anything that could put your account at risk.

Support messages should include enough detail to investigate the issue, but should never include passwords, full card numbers, private documents, secret keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Rico City may be unavailable during maintenance, server pressure, patches, provider incidents, emergency repairs, security work, or Alpha releases. Uptime is a goal, not a promise.

Rico City may rely on payment providers, hosting, analytics, authentication, database services, email tools, or other infrastructure. If those services fail or change, parts of Rico City may be affected.

The team may make judgement calls to protect Rico City, its players, its economy, its supporters, and its future. These notices may be updated as the Alpha grows into a stronger city.
